Grace Kinkani, Marketing officer at MOSI consulting, answered questions from Dogfinance.

1) Could you introduce yourself in a few words?

My name is Grace, I am from Yvelines, in the Paris region and I joined MOSI Consulting in Luxembourg in January 2020.

My daily role is to create or manage content through our various social networks in order to optimize our visibility and promote natural referencing.

I also carry out newsletters and surveys internally and / or externally. 

Outside of work, I like to travel or discover new places.

2) How was the launch of MOSI Consulting?

By joining Luxembourg, I did not expect at all to contribute to the development of a neo-society.

My first choice was to do my Bachelor’s degree on a work-study program in a large group and then to pursue a Master’s degree, but things turned out completely differently and that’s good because I’ve learned a lot over the past two years.

Finally, after obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing at the IMC Business School in Metz, I put my studies on hold to devote myself fully to the launch of MOSI Consulting..

It was necessary to create a brand identity as well as structure the internal and external communication of the company, with a fairly limited budget in the beginning.

Today, it is a real satisfaction to see MOSI Consulting, continue its development, relying on digital tools.

3) According to you, what are the ingredients for a successful marketing strategy?

Each company is unique and has its own values. 

In my opinion, the most important thing is to communicate authentically about your identity and find the best way to reach your target.

The world is becoming more and more digital and having a digital strategy is now a necessity for companies of all sizes and in all sectors.

For us, this is a real strategic issue because it is not simply a question of marketing an image but of really making what we are consistent with the perception that we wish to broadcast outside, in order to differentiate ourselves, in a highly competitive environment. 

It is an exciting and very demanding job, which requires a certain regularity and a lot of discipline.

4) Un mot pour la fin ?

Marketing can be practiced in different sectors, including finance.

 It is important to be curious and know how to question yourself to adapt the communication to the identity of a company.

 When the will to go further is present, it is possible to push the limits and carry out its projects.
